Prune juice works. Activia (sp) blended in Dannon yogurts works well too. But trust me, I&#39;ve noticed a change of being more gaseous than ever (mostly since moving on my own) so I&#39;m still trying to track down what foods or vitamins I&#39;m not getting enough of.
