Eco Friendly Bedroom

Sleep is key to helping your body detox and recover from the physical, environmental and emotional stresses from the day. Lack of sleep prevents the body from replenishing itself, which can actually lead to insomnia and lack of energy. Your bed in one of the most important areas for your health, so keeping it as toxin-free as you can is a good way to go.

If you can, try choosing 100-percent organic cotton and certified low-impact dye sheets. Sheets which are not organic might have been treated with formaldehyde and anti-wrinkle chemicals that outgas VOCs.
