Trust...
As in trust it. Whenever I don't I get that whole I've been punked feeling..the same feeling you get when you ignore all the signs.

I've always regretted the times when I didn't. I think it's a blessing when we have it. And we just have to listen.
Confusion. There are quite a few times where my instinct is wrong and I end up hurt. Such a bad feeling not being able to trust your own judgement. :(

Mom. For some reason I always think of "motherly instinct" when I think of instinct at all. My mom definitely had it. I couldn't get away with carp! (And yes, I know I spelled it wrong. LoL!) Hopefully I will inherit some of this instinct when I have children.

listen. You have to listen to your instincts but be careful sometimes they can lead you astray.
"Deceiving" as I prefer to combine instinct with facts and observations to make decisions.
trust!! its about trusting yourself that you know your body well enough to know exactly what you're feeling and sensing!

listen! i've learned to listen to mine. it's pretty much always right. ;)

Instinct, I think of what I learned in a class I took last summer:
Humans instinctually can identify family members and possible mates by their smell! It's something in the pheremones in the person. I just think that's kind of cool. :)
