Since its seriously hot everywhere right now, I've seen so many blogs with extreme heat posts, I'm thinking we should work on our triceps sooner then later!
If you are seriously committed to exercising, and want arms that are really muscular like this (one of my favorite blogs AND blogger!!), well.....you'll need a different exercise then the one in the video.

...and if you are wondering why I wasn't wearing sneakers, the answer is, Jelly Belly and Little Man were both napping. I did not want to go inside and potentially wake them up, otherwise the video clip would not have happened. One take is all I get with a 3 month old and 2 year old. I apologize for my fumbles, please bare with me while I work on speaking to a camera.

d'oh!! tricep dips are awful! i hate doing them, but i know they are a necessary evil. push ups aren't high on my favorite list either, but i guess they need to be done to avoid the flabby arm wave.

i've been doing those scissor arm pilate things where you have a light weight in your hand and slowly scissor your arms backwards and forwards....hoping it works!
