  13. i was not fortunate enough to make it to the zoo this weekend (penguins are my favorite), yet got to experience something quite similar to it. we went to the edge of the world (or the u.s. canadian border) to visit my boyfriend's family who lives in the middle of nowhere. there was a whole lot of yelling done by his 93 year old grandma and by his absolutely adorable niece and nephew. all and all a good weekend, just cold, windy and loud!!
